Karen Schwok is a financial executive and investment strategist with more than 20 years of experience advising high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and senior executives in Israel and abroad.

 

She is the Founder & CEO of Lucid Investments, a family-office and wealth-management firm known for its Swiss standards of transparency, risk management, and global investment discipline.


Previously, Karen served as the Founding CEO of Pictet Wealth Management Israel, where she established the Swiss private bank’s local representative office.

Karen began her career in global finance after completing her academic studies in economics and management. Over the years, she has become recognized for her ability to translate complex global market dynamics into clear, actionable investment strategies for affluent families.
Her work spans global asset allocation, cross-border wealth planning, multi-jurisdictional banking, and long-term portfolio construction focused on risk-adjusted returns.

Founder & CEO, Lucid Investments
Karen established Lucid Investments to provide high-quality, conflict-free wealth management based on Swiss private-banking standards. The firm serves HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, multi-generational families, and clients with international assets.

Founding CEO, Pictet Wealth Management Israel
Karen led the launch of the Swiss private bank’s Israel representative office and built relationships with private clients, family offices, and leading investment professionals.

Previous Roles

Before joining Pictet, Karen held senior leadership roles in Israel’s financial sector.

She served as Head of the Institutional Department at Bank Leumi, where she advised pension funds, insurance companies, and large institutional clients. Her role included overseeing relationships with Israel’s major institutional investors.

Prior to Bank Leumi, Karen served as Head of the International Department at Psagot, one of Israel’s largest investment houses, and was a voting member of Psagot’s International Investment Committee. In this position she was responsible for product due diligence, and shaping international investment strategy across multiple asset classes.
